We understand that you may have questions about your visit to our concerts. Below we will try to answer these questions.
- We always follow the measures of the central government that apply at the time of your visit. At the moment this means: 1.5 meters distance, coughing and sneezing in your elbow and washing your hands regularly.
- Currently, there is no requirement to wear face masks at our concerts.
- To prevent visitors from walking through each other, we assign a seat. This means that it is not possible to choose a seat yourself.
- The procedure for entering the building is as follows:
- Doors open 20 minutes before the start of the concert.
- The public is admitted in doses.
- When entering the building, always keep a distance of 1.5 meters from other visitors.
- The room is filled from the stage side.
- After the concert, you will immediately leave the building. This will happen in reverse order, i.e. the back row will leave first.
- Coffee and tea will not be served before the concert.
- Toilet use is only possible to a limited extent.
- The cloakroom is not open. You can take your coat into the hall.
- We ask our visitors to remain seated after the final applause until you are instructed to leave the room by our staff.
- When purchasing a concert ticket, visitors agree to our hygiene measures and the measures in case of health complaints. According to the RIVM guidelines, visitors are expected to stay at home in case of health complaints such as a cold, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, cough or fever.
